The AI studio that funds itself.

Aviadock builds its own AI products and, through SHIPdock, makes companies AI‑native. No outside money: every line turns a profit within 90 days or gets cut.

One ship. Two decks.

Aviadock runs two arms of equal weight from the same hull. Up top, the flight deck launches our own products. Below, in the well deck, SHIPdock takes companies in and sends them out AI-native.

Side view of the Aviadock ship. The flight deck on top carries the products: Robbie climbing away from the bow and OpenBat on the catapult. The hangar below holds the next line. The well deck at the stern holds a client company being rebuilt by SHIPdock. Our incubator. We build AI products we believe in, fund them with our own money and use them in our own work. Each one gets 90 days to turn a profit. If it can't, we kill it, and the crew moves on to the next launch.

What's flying

SHIPdock. Our forward deployed engineers come aboard your company, find the workflows where AI earns more than it costs, and build them with your people: consulting, AI workflow development and integrations, in the room with you.

Inside SHIPdock

Products we fly ourselves.

Nothing on this deck exists because a pitch deck needed it. We build what we'd pay for, we pay for it, and the market gets 90 days to agree.

Robbie

Airborne · live

Your AI coworker, inside Microsoft Teams.

Robbie works where your team already talks: in the chats and channels of Microsoft Teams. It's live, and customers pay for it, which is the only review that counts on this deck.

The 90‑day rule.

Day 0 is launch. By day 90 a line pays for itself or it's struck from the deck. No runway extensions, no bridge rounds, no tankers. The same clock runs on our products and on our services.

ProfitableStays airborne. Earns the next round of fuel.

SHIPdock: we come aboard.

SHIPdock is our FDE arm, built on a framework for making any company AI-native. Forward deployed engineers work inside your company, pinpoint the workflows AI should run, and build them so the company makes more than it puts in.

The well deck in three bays. Bay 1, audit: the company's hull is surveyed. Bay 2, build: it is rebuilt inside scaffolding. Bay 3, grow: it leaves AI-native, drawn solid. BAY 1 · AUDIT · ~4 WEEKS BAY 2 · BUILD · 2–3 MONTHS BAY 3 · GROW · MONTHLY STERN GATE · OPEN SURVEYED · 3–7 FIXES IN REFIT · BUILT WITH YOUR PEOPLE AI-NATIVE · PROVEN SAVINGS

Audit

About 4 weeks · with shipdock.ai

We find where your time and money really go, check which of your apps AI agents can connect to, and hand you a roadmap of 3 to 7 fixes worth building.

Build

2 to 3 months · with your people

Our engineers build those fixes with your own team: AI workflows, integrations and automation. In the room, not from a slide deck. Then we prove the savings by timing the same job before and after.

Grow

Monthly · round after round

New audits, proof reports and training for the people who run your AI, so the next round pays for itself as well.

One test for every workflow: does it earn more than it costs? If not, we don't build it.

Run by operators. Not by a cap table.

The people behind Aviadock have built tech companies and sold them. This time we kept the deck to ourselves.

Exits
Several successful tech startup exits.
We've taken companies from zero to sold. We know what it costs to get there, and what's just noise.
Outside capital
None. Bootstrapped from day one.
Every product and service line we've launched has been profitable within its first 90 days.
Range
Industry depth and the whole AI stack.
We know the businesses we work in, and we work with open-weight and closed models alike. Whichever earns its place gets the job.

Why we build it this way.

Three standing orders. Everything on the ship follows from them.

Overpriced legacy software.

AI-native tools we use ourselves.

AI-native products will give people more than the legacy systems they overpay for today. So we build the ones we need, run them in our own work every day, and only ship what earns its keep there first.

Token bonfires.

Workflows that pay their way.

Every company deserves a shot at being AI-native. It takes a no-BS approach: tie the result the business actually wants to AI workflows that are reliable, scalable and worth more than they cost, not a bigger token bill.

Investors deciding.

Customers deciding.

We bootstrap because independence lets us make our own calls. If customers won't pay for a product or a service, it dies at the budget line. No board keeps it on life support.
